Applies to SnowVisor on web, iPhone and Apple Watch.
What We Collect
SnowVisor may store account details, preferences, favourite resorts, webcam favourites, logbook summaries, ski-day route points, session segments, photos you upload, support messages and subscription status when those features are enabled.
Location and Tracking
Live GPS recording happens in the iOS app only and is used to create your ski-day logbook, route replay, distance, vertical, speed and segment summaries. The website is a viewer and planning companion; it does not record live GPS.
How Data Is Used
Data is used to provide SnowVisor features: resort conditions, forecasts, webcams, saved days, route backup, account sync, alerts, support and product improvement. Analytics may collect aggregated page-view data to understand website usage.
Sharing
Private logbook data is not public unless you choose to share a session link. We do not sell personal data. Some features rely on service providers such as Supabase, Vercel, Apple, Google, map providers and weather/resort data sources.
